After relocating back to Ann Arbor from California, we purchased this property and undertook a comprehensive renovation that included a full kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout, and a finished basement with a newly added office. The project turned out to be a tremendous success and marked our initial entry into the Ann Arbor real estate market.
